Leadership strategist, founder of Rawls Consulting and creator of The Energy Quadrant.
Shaun Rawls is a business leader, entrepreneur, author, and sought-after speaker known for helping high-performing leaders and organizations create extraordinary results by aligning leadership, culture, and personal energy.
Over a 20-year leadership career, Rawls built and led The Rawls Group into the #1 real estate brokerage organization in Georgia, guiding the company through a period of sustained growth that produced more than $5 billion in annual real estate production while he was at the helm. Under his leadership, the organization became known not only for its scale but for its culture, earning recognition as Atlanta’s Best Place to Work for five consecutive years and establishing a reputation as one of the most respected organizations within the Keller Williams ecosystem.
Rawls attended the Georgia Institute of Technology, graduating in 1991, and went on to become one of the most influential brokerage leaders in the Southeast. His leadership and operational success earned him recognition as a Top 40 Broker by RealTrends, placing him among the most respected operators in the residential real estate industry.
After stepping away from daily brokerage leadership, Rawls turned his focus to leadership development, coaching, and consulting. Today he advises some of the highest-producing real estate agents in the country, including professionals collectively generating over $500 million in annual real estate sales, along with mortgage professionals responsible for nearly $300 million in annual loan volume. Through this work he helps elite performers scale their businesses while maintaining alignment in their leadership, culture, and personal lives.
Rawls is the founder of Rawls Consulting, where he advises high-growth companies, leadership teams, and entrepreneurial organizations on culture, leadership structure, scaling strategy, and performance alignment. His consulting work centers on helping leaders create systems that multiply productivity while eliminating the distractions and energy drains that limit long-term growth.
At the center of Rawls’ work is The Energy Quadrant, a leadership framework he developed after decades of studying how high performers make decisions, lead teams, and build organizations that scale without losing alignment. The model explores the four forces that shape every leader’s life and business — what adds energy, subtracts energy, multiplies impact, and divides focus.
The Energy Quadrant serves as the foundation of Rawls’ speaking and consulting work and is the focus of his upcoming book and leadership platform designed for corporate leaders, executive teams, entrepreneurs, and high-performing professionals seeking to create greater clarity, culture, and performance in their organizations and lives.
Earlier in his writing journey, Rawls released F-It-Less, a personal passion project exploring the idea of eliminating unnecessary noise, obligations, and distractions from life. The ideas introduced there helped inspire the deeper leadership framework that ultimately evolved into The Energy Quadrant.
A compelling communicator known for his grounded and practical teaching style, Rawls has spoken for The Tiger Network and leadership audiences across the country, and continues to work with founders, executives, and growth-minded organizations seeking to elevate performance and culture.
Outside of his professional work, Shaun is passionate about family, mentorship, and legacy projects. He is married to entrepreneur Jeri Moran Rawls, and together they share five children. Among their creative family projects, Shaun co-authored the children’s book Stella the Starfish with his daughter Sarah. The Rawls family lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
